Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for a mid-sized manufacturer, partnering with operations leaders on the numbers behind decisions.
What you will do
- Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models
- Present monthly results and variance analysis to leadership
- Manage and develop two analysts
What you bring
- 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Experience presenting to senior leaders
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
