Process multi-state payroll for about 600 employees for a healthcare services company, with a path to a permanent role after the trial period.
What you will do
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll
- Reconcile payroll registers and tax filings
- Answer employee payroll questions
- Maintain payroll records and audit trails
What you bring
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now or similar
- CPP certification a plus
- High accuracy and discretion with confidential data
